Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Nexa24India. By using the platform you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
What Nexa24India is
Nexa24India is an online comparison marketplace. We are not a lender, insurer, mutual-fund distributor or investment adviser. We help you compare products and, if you choose, connect you with a provider who then contracts with you directly under their own terms.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be 18+ and resident in India. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your mobile or email, or via Google. You are responsible for the security of the device and inbox that receive your codes.
Rankings & indicative pricing
Our rankings are deterministic and based on suitability — commission never influences the order in which products appear. Any commercial placement is labelled as such. Prices marked indicative are estimates and are only final once confirmed by the provider.
No financial advice
Information on the platform is for comparison and general guidance only and is not personalised financial, legal or tax advice. Decisions you make based on it are your own; consider consulting a licensed adviser for your situation.
Provider relationships
When you proceed with a product, the applicable contract (loan, policy, card, plan or investment) is between you and the provider. Their eligibility rules, terms, pricing and decisions apply. We share your details with a provider only after your explicit consent.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the platform: no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, no submitting false information or another person's data without authority.
Intellectual property
The platform, its content and software are owned by Nexa24India or its licensors. You may use them only as permitted by these terms.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts, products or decisions of third-party providers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Questions? Reach us via Support.
